Unforgettable love

Chapter 66

Chapter 66:

She had the opportunity to have sex with Matthew herself. But why did she send another woman to impersonate herself?

Mary was startled and then giggled. She collapsed on the bed.

“I was afraid he wouldn’t like me if he knew I wasn’t a virgin.” Maria looked up as if she were bewitched. After a pause, she continued, “He took me in but never touched me…I am a human, a woman with normal physiology. I need my man to love me and touch me. Ha ha…”

Hearing her, Sampson stiffened as if struck by lightning.

How could his younger sister act like that?

Mary was still laughing madly. “I wanted to find him a virgin. Then I’d tell him it was Me, so it would turn out I was a clean woman. I saved him when he was young and I’ve been with him for many years, so he would definitely take responsibility for me. Even if he didn’t love me, he would treat me right. It turned out that he was right. He treated me very well. What I did was impeccable, except for…that woman I randomly picked up was an exception. I didn’t expect her to be from B-town China. Coincidentally, she was his fiancée according to the marriage arranged by his mother when he was young.”

If it wasn’t for that woman, he should already be living happily with Matthew.

Thinking about it, he couldn’t help but blame that woman. It was all her fault.

Mary was not reluctant at all, not willing to give in.noveldrama

She was the daughter of the Herbert Family. With her identity and background, how could she be incompetent compared to that woman?

Grabbing Sampson’s hand, she pleaded, “Sampson, please help me.”

Sampson looked at his younger sister, who seemed to be a stranger to him.

He asked blankly, “What can I do to help you?”

Mary rolled her eyes. “You can… Well, you can…” She pulled him closer and whispered in his ear.

The more Sampson listened to her, the paler he grew. He finally pushed her away. “Impossible!”

“You’re exhausted. Sleep well.” He left her room without looking back after finishing his words.

“Sampson!”

No matter how much Mary called out to him from behind, Sampson didn’t stop or look back.

At the hospital, Matthew walked out the entrance after his wound was dressed. The driver followed him with the medicine in his hands. He reported, “Mr. Matthew, Thomas just called to inquire about your condition. I told him it’s not serious and asked Mr. Nelson not to worry…”

“Have you booked the plane ticket I asked for?” interrupted the driver.

He was not interested in such trifles.

The driver reacted quickly. He hastened to reply, “Yes, I have. It’s the last flight today, at eleven o’clock. Do you want to go home now?”.

Matthew lifted his wrist and checked the time on his watch… it was twenty to ten. There was more than an hour left.

“Go to the airport.” He climbed down the stairs. The driver hurried after him. “Mr. Matthew, you’re hurt. Aren’t you going to rest first?” he suggested.

“No.”

The driver trotted forward and opened the car door for him. He was about to continue convincing Matthew to take a rest after being injured. However, thinking about Matthew’s personality, the driver had to swallow his words. Letting out a sigh, he trotted to the front and sat in the driver’s seat.

At the LEO Corporation, Samuel was sitting on the couch. In front of him was a pile of snacks. His big eyes blinked. “May I take them all?”

“Of course.” All the female employees in this store favored Samuel very much.

He was handsome and smart, so he could easily win the hearts of the others.

“Samuel, why are you taking them away instead of eating them here? Are you afraid to let those ladies see the way you eat?” Allison looked at Samuel, resting her chin with her hands. She was in her late forties, but she always insisted Samuel address her as Miss.

His bright eyes wide, Samuel looked at Allison innocently. “Auntie, my eating is not ugly. I just want to take them home for my little sister.”

Allison’s expression fell. Pretending to be annoyed, she pinched his cheek. “Can’t you stop being so blunt, can you call me Miss to please me?” Samuel looked up and replied, “My mommy told me not to tell lies.” Allison was speechless.

She snorted, “Then your mommy also said you’re not a good boy.”

“My mommy would never say that!” replied Samuel.

“You don’t believe me? Go ask your mommy.” Allison deliberately wanted to provoke him.

Now Dolores was in a meeting. If she went to it, she would make trouble for him.

Samuel slid off the couch, “I don’t believe you at all.” Finishing his words, he ran out.

After the meeting, Dolores came out of the conference room. Samuel ran to her. “Mom!”

Dolores stopped. The little boy kept bumping into her lap. She bent down to touch his head. “Next time don’t run so hard.”

Samuel nodded obediently. “Okay.”

“What do you want for lunch? Come on.” Dolores checked the time and saw that it was already noon.

“I’m not hungry.” Samuel grabbed Dolores’ hand and let her touch his belly.

“Look. It’s all bulging.”

“Are you pregnant?” jokingly asked Allison, who was standing behind him, crossing her arms over her chest.

Samuel looked back at her and replied, “You should be the one who’s pregnant. Oh, no. Even if you want to be pregnant, you can’t, since no young man would like to have an aunt.”

Allison hurried over. “Samuel Flores!”

Samuel hid in Dolores’ arms. “Mom, help me! Aunt Allison is out of control again!”

Dolores held her son helplessly. Every time they met, they argued and fought. She could do nothing about it.

“I’m sorry, Miss Allison.” As Allison was about to pinch his ear, Samuel quickly changed his manner of addressing her.

Allison had planned to pull his ear. He finally turned to rub her hair. “It’s a good thing you reacted quickly. Next time I’d show you no mercy.”

“Ho ho.” Samuel was delighted. He was back out of harm’s way.

“Excuse me, Lola. A client from China has given me some specific requirements for her custom wedding dress. Could you take a look at them?” Dolores reached out and took the file from her assistant. “When does the client need it?” she asked.

“In half a month.” Dolores nodded. “I see.”

After lunch, Dolores went to work. Samuel was sitting next to her, playing Digital Breakthrough.

However, the most difficult question was still a piece of cake for him. After playing for a while, he had lost interest.

Then he fell asleep on the couch.

Dolores went to bed early. She picked up her son when she was ready to go home.

“Mom.” As soon as Dolores picked him up, Samuel woke up.

He didn’t forget to bring the snacks back for his sister.

Dolores smiled, “You’re such a good brother.” Samuel rubbed his eyes and said proudly, “Of course.”

“Good boy.” Dolores rubbed her forehead against his.

Leaving the LEO Corporation, she held him to sit in the car.

It wasn’t until they got home that she realized she had forgotten Theresa’s file. She had not yet reviewed its contents.

She ushered her son into the house. Seeing her brother return, Simona ran to them excitedly. Samuel held up the sandwiches in his hands and proudly told her, “Simona, look what good food I brought you!”

Simona had already become a foodie at that point. Seeing the sandwiches in Samuel’s hands, she couldn’t help but drool. “Samuel, I want to eat them!” she exclaimed happily.

Samuel walked over to the couch, “Come here.” He waved her over.

The two little friends lay down on the couch, sharing the snacks. Instead of going into the living room, Dolores called Jessica into the entryway, “Mom, I forgot something. I have to go back to the company.”

“Okay. Come back before dinner,” Jessica replied.

“Sure.”

Dolores grabbed her purse and closed the door.

She sat in the car and drove back to the store. After picking up the file, she hurried home. As soon as she parked the car, got out and prepared to enter the house, she noticed a car parked in front of the door. It looked… exactly the same as the one he had seen in the morning.

He frowned, wondering what Abbott had come back for.

He had a plan to discuss the move with Jessica tonight.

She hadn’t expected Abbott to come and bother her again.

Dolores’s face darkened.

When the car door opened, Dolores was ready to question Abbott.

However, it was not Abbott who got out, but Matthew.

His coat was wrinkled and he had a haggard face, looking exhausted.

Under the setting sun, both were bathed in a pale yellow halo.

Repressing the fluctuation of her heart, Dolores coolly blurted out, “What are you doing here?”
